I have over 5 years experience designing web emails. My personal style reflects lots of white space, clean lines, imagery and typography to support the call-to-action (CTA). While I tend to code with tables for emails, I can easily code with divs and use inline css whenever necessary or preferred.
While some designers just design pretty pictures, I employ best practices and email standards with my designs. Fortunately for me, my background as a Web banner designer at Reunion.com / Mylife.com taught me the the importance of analytics and how to use them to measure the success of the campaigns I create.
